Jan. 9th

Started my day with a drive to mom and dad's to get somethings and then help them with computer stuff. Love the parents getting in to technology, lol, it is a good thing but don't know that my mom got what I showed her on how to save there photos. Then meet up with Stephanie and we had an early dinner at Red Robin, love hamburgers and fries. I of course told them it was her birthday and they sang to her, she wanted to kill me. Then we went and did some thrifting, gotta love that. Not only did we have fun finding stuff we liked but also finding lots of stuff to make fun of and laugh at. Also Steph told me I wasn't allowed to have any more turtle necks or Christmas shirts, I disagreed some I didn't buy any new turtle necks but one Christmas shirt for next year.

Jan. 8th

I had a snow day, I wanted to stay in all day and not go any where, but of course that didn't happen I had to run to the store. I was finishing up a brides wedding album and CDs that was being delivered today and needed more jewel case. Just to go across town wasn't bad, one of the few pluses to living in town. Also had to shovel off my side walk, glade I have a small front yard not much to shovel. When I went out to do that I took down my Christmas Bulbs and hung snow flacks for my winter decorations. I did take the time to cook myself a nice dinner, I don't do that much any more cause I don't like cooking for one. I had a good dinner, salad, enchiladas and nacho chips... mmmm. Well that was about it I had a boring, lazy winter day at home.

Jan. 7th

What a crazy day, it snowed all day we got somewhere around 4 to 5 inches. Witch is ok if I can just stay inside and enjoy the day. But no I have classes now and for the past 3 days they have made it very clear that they rarely close. So, at 2pm there was still no closing so I thought if I was going to make it to my 4pm class and have time to stop in the office and make a payment I better go. It took me an hour and half to get there, never put the truck in 5th gear. When I got there they decided to close at 5pm and not have night class. So I drove all that way just to make a payment. Then a hour or so back home, it seemed a little better drive. Part of me thought I should just stay home but I didn't want to start things out behind. Well, home and not going any where else till it clears up. I had ham and bean soup cooking in the crock pot when i was out, it and corn bread on a winter night is good. Watched the movie Night at the Museum, thought I would rewatch the old one before I watch the new one. It was good but would have been better with someone to watch it with, O well... in time.

Jan. 6th

Today I found out my dad came on Monday when I was at school and fixed my tub. I didn't even know he had been here, till the tub drained, I have a great daddy. I was reminded at school today why I don't like reading. I had to read a chapter for each of my three classes, so that is what I did in my five brake between class. I the first one was so boring I could focus or retain what I was reading, the soils was better not so boring. Everyone else in the class said the one was really boring too so it wasn't just me. That was really all today, what a boring day, o well you going to have that.

Jan. 5th

Started my day with a trip to the hair stylist and decide a new year, have new things going on in my life so a new hair style. It is a little shorter and different angels in it. So far I like the way it looks, of course it will never look the same after today. Will take some time to get use to how it feels and what to do with it, but all good. Had my first soil science class today and I really think I am going to like it. When I got there I thought the teach looked formiliar, as soon as he said his name and where he works I knew he is some friends of mine dad. So far what we went over for Chapter 1 is mostly stuff I already knew from life on the farm. Now just to see how I do when we get into more of the science part of it. May be hard but I think it will be fun. Much better but not great drive on the way home today. I finely got the wait in the back of my truck and that defiantly helped.

Jan. 4th

Today was my first day back to school, classes where easy today of course just going over what the class will be. Finical Aid still hasn't gone threw so that wasn't good had to spend almost $500 on 3 books. Wow didn't know books could cost so much and it is to late for to try to find used ones. I had no trouble finding my classes, once I knew there was an Ag building it was easy. Also ran into two of my cousins in the hall. I felt young and old at the same time talking with them, they are both like 19/20ish. Looked threw my soils science book, yep it is going to be my hardest class. Amber looked threw and because there was pics of tractors in the field she said I should be good at because I am a farm girl. Well, I am looking forward to learning about soil :) On Mon. and Wed. I have a 5 hour break between my classes, in the future I hope to do homework, but today it was long and boring. But I got to chat with some friends on facebook and that was good. Lastly the drive home was not good, dark, snowing and blowing. That will be the down side of going to school in the winter. Well, I am ready for bed, but first some dinner and Monday night comedy TV.

Jan. 3rd

Well today was pretty uneventful but good. I went to church and lunch in Piqua with my friend Lori, we got all caught up on all that has happened just scents the cruise. It was good... but she thinks I should hear "his" side of the store, I don't know about that it was pretty obvious. Well anof of that. The day was a little productive too, I have taken on what is left of my Dec. laundry... yep most the month, but then again I wasn't home most the month to do it either. All most done at this point. But more important I am thinking about tomorrow... I start a new page in my life tomorrow, after almost 10 yrs out of school, I will be back in school, both nervous and excited... I am excited for what I am learning, learning about Agriculture has always excited me. Looking forward to my soils class, it will prob be my hardest. Because it is all new stuff for me, but if earth warm holes are cool to me then I think the soils class will be too. Yep, call me a farm geek, lol
